Take your Keyonna Beach escape to new heights of relaxation by partaking in a yoga class with like minded travelers. Yoga offers physical and mental health benefits for people of all ages. These include improving strength, balance and flexibility, helping you to relax and to sleep better and helping you to better manage stress.

Classes are typically 60-90 minutes, have a strong energetic flow and lots of opportunity to play, try new things and breathe.

  • Classes Held Every Thursdays at 10:30AM
  • Maximum number allowed per class - 6 Persons
  • Both novices and experienced students are welcome
  • All classes are complimentary
